As a member, I will have access to the hunting land of the club, subject to rules and regulations. I agree to follow the rules and regulations, and to indemnify Farmland Pheasant Hunters, Inc. from any loss caused as a result of my wrongful conduct.

1. Obey all laws enforced by the DNR or by other law enforcement departments with jurisdiction.
2. Always use the designated parking area at the assigned farm and never drive a vehicle onto the property outside or beyond the parking area.
3. Shotguns with bird shot loads are the only firearms or hunting weapons permitted for use.
4. The boundaries of all hunting areas are clearly marked. Never cross beyond these boundary lines for any reason.
5. Hunting hours: Hunters may enter the fields at 8:00 a.m. and must leave the fields by the end of legal hunting hours set by the DNR.
6. Obey harvest limits set by Farmland Pheasant Hunters, Inc.
7. All hunters must register their name, address, and hunting license number, and pay all applicable fees before entering a hunting property of Farmland Pheasant Hunters, Inc.
8. Advance reservations are required.
9. Guests are welcome. All guests must be accompanied by a member of Farmland Pheasant Hunters, Inc.
10. Non-hunters are welcome to accompany hunters, but there is a nominal fee, shown on the price list.
11. A member may share a hunt with a minor son or daughter with a valid hunting license for a nominal fee.
12. A membership with Farmland Pheasant Hunters, Inc. includes your spouse and minor children.
13. Use your best hunter's ethics to have a safe and enjoyable hunting experience.
